3. Design Opportunities
During one week Luis Arnal (Master in Innovation Planning - Illinois Institute of Technology - IIT/Chicago; former E-lad and Doblin group team member) guided us towards finding Design Opportunities and Innovation Paths.

These two images below were taken from the presentation we did showing two possible Design Opportunities.
1. Grades and Evaluation
The educational system in Sweden is perhaps the most forward thinking in the world (ask me for more information about it). The next step in the student grading would be to not have comparative grades anymore. Instead a system of self-referential grades that just make sense to each student and is based on their own development.
Instead of static grades, basically they would be presented as a rate of development based on their previous results.

2. IUP Environment
The Individual Development Plan is basically exactly what its name means, but it is not as individual as it could be as seen above. Today it's just forms and papers, but there are many possibilities of improving it, like making it into an environment that engages the student to keep track of their goals and development.
